Bruce combines his:

  • training and knowledge as a lawyer. He was Principal of the law firm which became Brennans solicitors;
  • involvement in over 40 projects including industrial buildings, offices including government centres, 3 hotels, and numerous joint ventures. His involvement covered all aspects of the development from identifying the project, purchase negotiations, contracting with the consultants and builders, project managing the development to completion and the sale of the completed project; and
  • local knowledge. Although he has undertaken developments around Queensland, many of his developments have been on the Sunshine Coast. He is a long term resident of the Sunshine Coast,
