Experience

Paul is a post graduate in international copyright law from the University of London.  As legal counsel and investigative manager of Intel Corporation based in Hong Kong he dealt with IP enforcement in the Far East.  He was General Counsel of the Federation of Software Theft in London.   He has presented for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Sri Lanka.  He has addressed audiences on copyright in various countries including Tokyo, Hong Kong. London, Manila, Amsterdam, Brussels.

In 2004 he was appointed an EU expert in IP enforcement and was part of a delegaation to Beijing to present to government officials from all over the PRC.
