TERMS OF LICENCE FOR LAW & DISORDER LEGAL CARTOON APP The “Law & Disorder” Legal Cartoon App contains 24 legal cartoons which can be easily downloaded to your iPhone or iPad. It grants you a licence to:
And/or send cartoons to your legal friends and colleagues by: • Email or MMS; and or • using your Facebook App to upload cartoons to your Facebook page or post it on the wall of a friend or colleague.
These edgy and off beat legal cartoons are guaranteed to amuse or at least mildly offend your legal friends and colleagues. LICENCE Copyright holder Paul Brennan under the name www.LawandDisorder.com.au agrees to grant, and the user of this Law & Disorder Cartoon App (“the App”) agrees to accept, a non-exclusive licence to install and use the Legal Cartoons contained in the App ("Cartoons")for the period of five (5) years as “Wallpaper” on their iPhone or iPad and/or to send the Cartoons to others by Email or MMS. Also, for that five (5) year period, to upload and use the Cartoons to their Facebook page or post it on another’s Facebook wall. Additionally, for subscribers to the Law & Disorder eZine only to use the cartoons in Microsoft Powerpoint (R) presentations and other slideshows. The period of five (5) years shall be extended for as long as any user is a subscriber to the Law & Disorder eZine. To avoid damages or prosecution arising from a copyright infringement except as permitted in this licence the user shall not copy, print, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, sell, distribute, resell, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Cartoons, in whole or in part, and not aid or permit others to do so.
