Paul Brennan is a lawyer, legal cartoonist, author and speaker.

He is the author of The Law is an Ass . . . Make Sure it Doesn’t Bite Yours, A Legal Guide to Dying . . . Baby Boomer Edition and various other books and audio CDs which are intended for a worldwide audience.

He blogs at www.101reasonstokillallthelawyers.com.  He draws legal cartoons for several publications including, a national newspaper, The Australian Financial Review.

He is the principal of Brennans Solicitors, a law firm located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia, where he practices with his wife, Diane in the areas of business law, litigation, property, wills/estates and immigration.  He describes this as deals and disputes for small to medium business owners.

Over the years, by working in various countries, he noticed how similar the law can be.  He set out to explain the law in a simple and often humourous way.
